1) Service

Task Structure is desktop software for importing, organizing, editing, syncing, and exporting task data.

2) License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Task Structure in accordance with these Terms.

3) Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for lawful use of the service and account security.

You must not misuse, reverse engineer (except where legally permitted), or use the service for illegal activity.

4) Billing and Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record and online reseller.

Paddle handles checkout, transaction processing, and payment-related customer support.

5) Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

6) Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and processed via Paddle.

7) Changes

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
