  1. How to request a refund
    Submit refund requests via Paddle order support at paddle.net, or contact us at konstantinovichpavlov@gmail.com and include your order details.

  2. Standard refund window

  • One-time purchases: requests within 14 days of purchase

  • Subscriptions: requests within 14 days of the latest renewal

  1. Processing
    Refund decisions and processing are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
    Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  2. Outside the window
    Requests outside the standard window are reviewed case-by-case and may be refused, except where required by applicable law.

  3. Fraud, abuse, and legal obligations
    We may deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations, subject to applicable law.
